For all orders within India, we offer free shipping. For International deliveries we charge a small amount for shipping as per the country of destination.

Our Production, packaging and shipping are completely based out of India. We mention the estimated delivery time for each piece in the product details page. For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duties and taxes depend on the policies of your destination country.​ Please read the product descriptions for any exceptions in delivery times before placing your order.

We don’t allow returns both for domestic and international purchases as well as Made-to-Order garments. Please read our Returns & Exchanges policy for further details.

We regret the inconvenience caused. Please visit our Contact Us page available on the website with your transaction details and we will look into it immediately. If your money has not reached us, it will surely be refunded back to your account.

All prices are inclusive of GST (where applicable) at the rate appropriate to the country of receipt and are correct at the time of entering the information on to the system. If for some reason we are unable to ship your goods, the value of the items that are not shipped will be refunded to your account or to the original method of payment. All prices are exclusive of delivery charges . The delivery charge may vary from place to place where the delivery is to be effected or caused. Prices may change at any time, but (other than as set out above) changes shall not affect the orders for which we have sent an Order Confirmation.

We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear at the Site. All the products are made in order based on the color specification selected by the user. Once the colour and design pattern is selected the same cannot be changed or altered.

Unless otherwise provided, we will comply only with its minimum packing standards for the method of transportation selected. The cost of all special packing, loading or bracing requested by you will be paid for by you.
